| Abstract | 新高考改革取消文理分科.广东省采取"3+1+2"模式,学生在高一将会面临更多的抉择.要想让学生进入高中后能够自我抉择、学会不断调适自我,那么在初中阶段就应该引导学生准确定位.根据心理学家埃里克森心理社会发展理论,初中学生正处于青春期自我同一性探索阶段,对自我的准确认知、人生(职业)目标、理想信念存在困惑,导致学习内驱力不足,因此在初中阶段开设生涯教育迫在眉睫.笔者将生涯教育渗透于班级管理中,建构符合初中特色的班会课程——生涯教育三部曲. |
