Abstract
球头立铣刀在加工过程中和工件表面近似于点接触,因此在复杂曲面零件加工中有显著优势,但是由于球头立铣刀和工件表面的接触点变动范围大,容易造成表面微观形貌的不可控.鉴于表面形貌会对零件的使用性能产生一定影响,而进给量、切削宽度、切削深度、刀具倾角以及球头半径等切削参数是影响球头立铣刀铣削加工过程中工件表面形貌的主要因素.基于经验公式和运动学原理对球头刀具铣削过程进行综合分析,并借助MATLAB软件仿真得到三维表面形貌.分析发现,进给量、切削宽度、刀具倾角以及球头半径对工件表面残留高度的影响较大,其中,进给量对进给方向的表面残留高度影响较大,切削宽度对切宽方向的表面残留高度影响较大.
