Abstract
教师专业伦理决策是幼儿教师队伍建设的生命线,对教师伦理决策的研究有助于提高幼儿园教师面对伦理困境时的决策力与规范性,从而促进整体教师队伍质量的提升.本研究采用IAT内隐联想测验与心理投射测验,对幼儿园教师在伦理决策时的内隐态度进行探查.IAT内隐联想测验结果表明,幼儿教师在面临伦理困境时,其内隐决策态度符合传统教师职业伦理规范;而心理投射测验结果显示,不少教师实际情感与行为决策跟专业伦理规范相悖,该情况在家园共育和同侪合作中尤甚.究其原因,幼儿园真实情境的复杂性增加了伦理决策的难度;教师们较低的道德强度减弱了规范决策行为的内驱力,利已型的后果意识也削弱了教师道德行为的执行力;系统保障机制的欠缺降低了对幼儿园教师失范行为的约束力.故此,建议在学前教师教育中加强伦理决策能力培训,以应对复杂的工作环境;幼儿园应营造共同遵守专业伦理的积极氛围,提升教师规范伦理决策的内驱力与执行力;教育行政部门应出台《幼儿园教师专业伦理规范》,增强伦理行为的约束力与指导力.
