| Abstract | 为探究"双减"政策背景下我国课外体育培训教师发展问题,运用文献资料法、实地调研法、逻辑分析法研究了"双减"政策对课外体育培训教师发展所带来的机遇和挑战.结果显示,1)机遇与要求包括:为课外体育培训教师发展提供新契机;为课外体育培训教师进行了重新定位;为课外体育培训教师发展赋予新要求.2)挑战包括:教师胜任不足引发的教学技能挑战;教学观念失准带来的职业发展挑战;监管缺失引发的教学评价挑战.3)应对策略为:提升教师专业素养,健全评价机制;精准行业定位,转变应试教育导向;加强教培体系审核,完善市场监管机制. |
