Abstract
本文基于双线性内聚力模型,采用Abaqus对玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料的纤维推出过程进行计算机仿真研究,成功计算了玻纤与尼龙6的界面强度,并利用纳米压痕试验进行验证.结果表明,仿真模型可以较好地模拟真实测试过程,样品的初始弯曲变形是测试结果与理论计算值存在差异的主要原因.单纤维推出过程的有限元模拟及试验为理解复合材料的界面性能提供了有效的方法,也为复合材料跨尺度失效准则及其损伤演化的研究提供微观力学模型.
