| Abstract | 目的 研究行人工流产术后患者开展关爱护理干预方案对其避孕依从性和满意度的提高效果.方法 选取62例行人工流产术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例.对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用术后关爱护理干预方案.比较两组患者的心理状态、避孕依从性及满意度.结果 干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组避孕依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组满意度96.77％高于对照组77.42％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对行人工流产术患者,术后采用关爱护理干预方案可有效改善患者的心理状态,提高其避孕依从性,患者满意度更高,建议临床推广. |
