| Abstract | 目的:探究生理盐水复方聚乙二醇电解质散灌肠术后与传统灌肠对肛肠术前准备效果的对比观察分析.方法:选择2021年6至2022年6月我院收治的80例实施肛肠术患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方式将其分成观察组(生理盐水复方聚乙二醇电解质散灌肠术治疗的方式)及对照组(传统灌肠治疗),每组40例.对比患者的清洁效果、术后首次排便时间等情况.结果:结果显示,B组患者的肠道准备合格率低于A组,肠道准备时间短于A组(P<0.05).A组患者的排便次数少于B组(P<0.05).两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者灌肠后的术后首次排便时间长于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00％,高于对照组的65.00％(P<0.05).观察组患者的清洁效果满意率为95.00％,高于对照组的75.00％(P<0.05).结论:针对实施肛肠术患者,通过采用生理盐水复方聚乙二醇电解质散灌肠术治疗的方式,能改善患者的清洁效果指标,提升疾病疗效,改善患者的预后,提升其灌肠舒适度,并能延长术后首次排便时间,值得临床推广. |
