| Abstract | 在全球高科技竞争背景下,分层次培养高等工程人才,形成合理的人才资源结构,是我国形成高科技竞争优势的重要举措.我国高等工程教育的改革与发展为建构人才培养分层体系打下了基础,同时也存在短板.中国高等工程人才培养分层体系需与知识生产模式2影响下形成的科学-技术-产业链各环节相适应,培养各个高科技领域所需的工程科学家、工程研发人才和一线工程技术人才.针对我国高等工程人才培养体系的现实状况,我们需要借鉴国内外成功经验,发挥新型举国体制优势,提升师资队伍的工程素养,深化高等工程教育教学改革,完善高等工程人才培养体系的分层机制. |
