Abstract
为了高效地进行活体生物成像实验,以及基于生物应用场景和成像仪器的开发要求,设计并实现了近红外二区活体成像箱的自动化控制.设计的主控模块为达芬奇开发板TKM32,实现自动化控制的主要元器件为数字舵机和步进电机.设计包括了时间门控成像、自动化升降平台、光源跟随系统、自动调焦等.本系统的自动化实现为生物医学工程领域小动物活体成像实验的研究提供了助力.
