| Abstract | 目的:采用早期失智筛查量表(AD8)对深圳市社区老年人认知功能障碍进行筛查,并分析其影响因素.方法:2020年12月—2021年1月,选取深圳所辖的10个区,运用概率比例规模抽样法,从深圳市的每个区中随机抽取1个社区,对10个社区中≥65岁的老年人进行调查.结果:共调查5234名老年人,AD8量表评分为(0.99±1.68)分,判定有认知功能障碍的老年人有1146人(21.90％);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄、慢性病数量、抑郁症、焦虑症、失眠是老年人认知功能障碍的危险因素.结论:深圳市社区老年人认知功能障碍的检出率较高,高危人群可能是高龄、患抑郁症、患焦虑症、患慢性病、失眠的老年人,未来要重点关注对此类人群的健康管理. |
