Abstract
激光熔覆3D打印金属材料的微观结构,决定着其机械性能.人工测量微观结构特征,效率低下并且重复性差.为解决这一问题,本文提出了一套新的二维微观结构分析自动化技术,改进和优化传统图像处理算法,用计算机辅助分析其微观结构.熔覆横截面微观结构图像质量差,有明暗不均甚至晶界线断开等现象,本文根据其图像特性,用局部自适应双阈值方法去除黑洞干扰;用骨架方法确定晶界线连接点;用积分图方法实现指向性广度优先搜索寻找被连接点;最后通过最小包围盒得到相关尺寸参数,并利用图像中心矩分析晶粒宏观方向性.实验证明,所提出的技术对于各种模糊的激光熔覆3D打印金属材料微观结构自动化量化分析是有效的.
