本发明公开了一种碳纤维砂轮及制作方法,包括砂轮基体和磨料层,砂轮基体包括碳纤维基体,碳纤维基体的外周向面缠绕成型有碳纤维固定层;磨料层的一部分嵌设在碳纤维基体和碳纤维固定层之间,磨料层的另一部分从碳纤维固定层的外周向面露出。本发明的碳纤维砂轮能够提高磨料层与砂轮基体的连接强度。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a carbon fiber grinding wheel and a manufacturing method. The carbon fiber grinding wheel comprises a grinding wheel base body and a grinding material layer, wherein the grinding wheel base body comprises a carbon fiber base body, and a carbon fiber fixing layer is arranged on the peripheral face of the carbon fiber base body in a winding mode; and one part of the grinding material layer is embedded between the carbon fiber base body and the carbon fiber fixing layer, and the other part of the grinding material layer is exposed out of the peripheral face of the carbon fiber fixing layer. According to the carbon fiber grinding wheel, the joint strength of the grinding material layer and the grinding wheel base body can be improved.
