Abstract	本实用新型公开了半固态浆料的制备装置，该制备装置包括支架、加热装置、固定板及坩埚，固定板可转动地设在支架上，坩埚设在固定板上，坩埚被配置为盛装熔体，加热装置可滑动地设在支架上，加热装置具有加热孔，加热装置可套设在坩埚外侧以加热坩埚。本实用新型的半固态熔体的制备装置降低了熔体的内外温度差，提高了熔体温度场的均匀性，能够适用于制备固相含量范围较宽的浆料。
Other Abstract	The utility model discloses a preparation device of semi-solid slurry. The preparation device comprises a support, a heating device, a fixing plate and a crucible, the fixing plate is rotatably arranged on the support, the crucible is arranged on the fixing plate, the crucible is configured to contain melt, the heating device is slidably arranged on the support, the heating device is provided witha heating hole, and the heating device can be arranged on the outer side of the crucible in a sleeving mode to heat the crucible. According to the preparation device of the semi-solid melt, the internal and external temperature difference of the melt is reduced, the uniformity of the temperature field of the melt is improved, and the preparation device can be suitable for preparing slurry with awide solid phase content range.
