本发明属于燃料电池检测技术领域,涉及流场优化验证装置及方法。通过将传感器嵌设于检测板上,将检测板与流场板贴合组装成检测复合板,并将检测复合板设于燃料电池堆中,实现对燃料电池内部任意位置温度、湿度或压力的在线检测,嵌入式安装方式对膜电极和反应气体流道无任何影响。将传感器及流道分别设于检测板及流场板中,且检测板与流场板贴合连接,结构拆装方便,如此,检测板可与具有不同流道的流场板进行组装配合形成不同的检测复合板,以实现对不同流道双极板的在线检测,从而可以使用同一块检测板对不同流场设计的双极板进行优化验证,具有很好的实用性、通用性和可靠性,制造成本低,可以实现一板多用,节约双极板的优化和验证成本。
Other Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cell detection, and relates to a flow field optimization verification device and method. A sensor is embedded in a detection plate. The detection plate and a flow field plate are bonded together to assemble a detection composite plate, and the detection composite plate is arranged in a fuel cell stack to realize on-line detection of the temperature, humidity or pressure at any position inside a fuel cell. The flush-mounted installation has no effect on a membrane electrode and a reaction gas flow channel. The sensor and the flow channel arearranged in the detection plate and the flow field plate respectively, and the detection plate and the flow field plate are closely connected. The structure is convenient for disassembly and assembly.The detection plate can be assembled with and match flow field plates with different flow channels to form different detection composite plates to achieve on-line detection of a bipolar plate. Therefore, the same detection plate can be used to carry out optimization verification on bipolar plates with different flow fields. The device has the advantages of good practicality, versatility and reliability and low manufacturing cost. One plate is multipurpose, which saves the optimization and verification costs of bipolar plates.
