本发明涉及一种纳米高岭土粉体及其制备方法。该纳米高岭土粉体的制备方法,通过精细发泡工艺,将料浆的液体转换为临界态汽膜,产生的精细气泡将改性粒子间隔起来,大大增加了干燥速度,有效地防止了纳米颗粒在干燥过程中形成硬团聚,且该粉体容易被分散而获得活性纳米高岭土粉体。该方法很好地解决了纳米颗粒在干燥过程中形成难以避免的硬团聚问题,具有简单高效且非常易于工业化生产的特点。
Other Abstract
The invention relates to nano kaolin powder and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method of the nano-kaolin powder, liquid of slurry is converted into a critical state steam film through a fine foaming process, and modified particles are spaced by generated fine bubbles, so that the drying speed is greatly increased, and hard agglomeration of nano-particles in the drying process is effectively prevented; and the powder is easily dispersed to obtain the active nano kaolin powder. The method well solves the problem that hard agglomeration which is difficult to avoid is formed in the drying process of the nanoparticles, and has the characteristics of simplicity, high efficiency and easiness in industrial production.
