Abstract	本发明公开了一种多路输出有源整流器结构和无线充电电路。多路输出有源整流器结构包括两个第一功率管、至少两对第二功率管、和功率管控制驱动电路，多路输出有源整流器结构的每个输出端对应一对第二功率管，第一功率管和第二功率管的类型不同；其中，多路输出有源整流器结构的交流输入端的第一端和接地之间连接一个第一功率管，交流输入端的第二端和接地之间连接有另一第一功率管；每对第二功率管中分别连接于交流输入端第一端、第二端和对应的多路输出有源整流器结构的一输出端之间；功率管控制驱动电路与每个第一功率管以及各第二功率管的栅极连接，用于控制第一功率管导通或者关断。本发明的多路输出有源整流器结构具有多路输出功能。
Other Abstract	The invention discloses a multi-path output active rectifier structure and a wireless charging circuit. The multi-path output active rectifier structure comprises two first power tubes, at least two pairs of second power tubes and a power tube control driving circuit, wherein each output end of the multi-path output active rectifier structure corresponds to one pair of second power tubes, types ofthe first power tubes and the second power tubes are different, a first power tube is connected between a first end of an alternating current input end of the multi-path output active rectifier structure and the ground, another first power tube is connected between a second end of the alternating current input end and the ground, each pair of second power tubes is respectively connected between the first end and the second end of the alternating current input end and one output end of the corresponding multi-path output active rectifier structure, and the power tube control driving circuit isconnected with grid electrodes of the first power tubes and grid electrodes of the second power tubes and used for controlling the first power tubes to be connected or disconnected. The multi-path output active rectifier structure has a multi-path output function.
