本发明涉及精密加工领域,公开了一种斜螺旋加工单元、加工设备与加工方法,其中斜螺旋加工单元包括外壳、公转定子、公转转子与驱动装置,其中,公转定子与外壳连接,公转转子与驱动装置连接,以使驱动装置可相对公转转子绕一公共轴心发生公转,驱动装置包括可绕自身轴心发生自转的驱动轴,且驱动轴的自转轴心相对驱动装置的公转轴心倾斜。本发明中刀具端面上磨粒/切削刃切削速度接近零的区域不会与工件材料接触,从而解决了普通螺旋磨削/铣削中的速度零点问题。
Other Abstract
The invention relates to the field of precision machining, and discloses an oblique spiral machining unit, machining equipment and a machining method. The oblique spiral machining unit comprises a shell, a revolution stator, a revolution rotor and a driving device, wherein the revolution stator is connected with the shell, and the revolution rotor is connected with the driving device so that the driving device can conduct revolution around a common axis relative to the revolution rotor; and the driving device comprises a driving shaft which can rotate around the axis of the driving shaft, andthe self-rotation axis of the driving shaft tilts relative to the revolution axis of the driving device. According to the oblique spiral machining unit, the machining equipment and the machining method, the area with the cutting speed approximating zero of abrasive particles/a cutting edge on a tool end face does not make contact with a workpiece material, and the problem of the speed zero point in general spiral grinding/milling is solved.
