本实用新型提供了一种压燃式甲醇发动机燃烧系统,包括甲醇发动机、甲醇存储器、为混合器提供气化的甲醇燃料的燃料供给系统,为所述混合器提供的二甲醚引燃剂的引燃剂供给系统,将气化的甲醇燃料、二甲醚引燃剂以及空气按照比例混合成混合气体,将所述混合气体通过进气歧管输入所述甲醇发动机内的混合器。本实用新型所提供的一种压燃式甲醇发动机燃烧系统通过压缩燃烧将二甲醚引燃剂压燃后再引燃气化后的甲醇燃料,能够有效解决甲醇发动机冷启动困难的问题;可以取代传统的气缸上的喷嘴起到将甲醇燃料小颗粒化的作用,保证了甲醇燃料在气缸中的燃烧效果以及利用率。

The utility model provides a compression ignition type methanol engine combustion system which comprises a methanol engine, a methanol storage device, a fuel supply system for providing gasified methanol fuel for a mixer, and an ignition agent supply system for providing a dimethyl ether ignition agent for the mixer, and mixing the gasified methanol fuel, a dimethyl ether ignition agent and air inproportion to form mixed gas, and inputting the mixed gas into a mixer in the methanol engine through an intake manifold. According to the compression ignition type methanol engine combustion system,a dimethyl ether ignition agent is subjected to compression ignition through compression combustion, then gasified methanol fuel is ignited, and the problem that a methanol engine is difficult to start in a cold mode can be effectively solved; a nozzle on a traditional air cylinder can be replaced, the effect of small granulation of methanol fuel is achieved, and the combustion effect and the utilization rate of the methanol fuel in the air cylinder are guaranteed.
