Abstract | 本发明公开了一种基于聚醚醚酮的微观力学测量固定装置及其制备方法中,先对所述聚醚醚酮薄片进行连续超声清洗以及干燥处理,然后将所述聚醚醚酮薄片浸泡于浓硫酸中,当所述聚醚醚酮上残留的浓硫酸被清洗干净之后,再通过氧等离子体对所述聚醚醚酮薄片表面进行处理,以此来活化所述聚醚醚酮薄片的表面,再将所述聚醚醚酮薄片浸泡于多聚阳离子分子溶液中,使所述多聚阳离子分子与所述聚醚醚酮薄片充分接触,最后对吸附有多聚阳离子分子的所述聚醚醚酮薄片进行修饰、冷冻干燥后密封保存。本发明具有方便操作、省时省力、固定牢靠、不损坏样品等诸多优良特性,较好地满足了生物组织样品检测工作的精确性、快速性、可重复使用等多项要求。 |
Other Abstract | The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out continuous ultrasonic cleaning and drying treatment on a polyether-ether-ketone sheet, then soaking the polyether-ether-ketone sheet in concentrated sulfuric acid, and after the residual concentrated sulfuric acid on the polyether-ether-ketone is cleaned up, putting the polyether-ether-ketone sheet into a mold, so as to obtain the polyether-ether-ketone sheet. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a polyether-ether-ketone sheet, treating the surface of the polyether-ether-ketone sheet through oxygen plasma so as to activate the surface of the polyether-ether-ketone sheet, soaking the polyether-ether-ketone sheet in a polycation molecule solution, and enabling polycation molecules to be in full contact with the polyether-ether-ketone sheet, and finally, modifying the polyether-ether-ketone slice adsorbed with the polycation molecules, freezing and drying, and sealing and storing. The biological tissue sample detection device has the advantages of being convenient to operate, capable of saving time and labor, firm in fixation, free of damage to samples and the like, and well meets the requirements for accuracy, rapidness, reusability and the like of biological tissue sample detection work. |
