本申请适用于冷却过滤技术领域,提供了一种冷却系统,包括冷却装置、过滤装置和蠕动泵,所述冷却装置包括水槽,设于所述水槽底部的冷却水注水口,设于所述水槽中心轴线处并与所述水槽内壁连接的固定筒,以及缠绕于所述固定筒筒身并穿设于所述水槽侧壁的软管,所述软管进水端连接高位热泉水样,出水端连接所述蠕动泵所述蠕动泵设于所述冷却装置和所述过滤装置之间,以所述软管相连,用以输送热泉水样。该系统可连续不间断地对热泉水样进行大体积过滤,无需频繁更换滤膜或暂停过滤系统,节约时间和人力成本,获得大量的、纯度较高的微生物组成样品。
Other Abstract
The utility model is suitable for the technical field of cooling and filtering, and provides a cooling system which comprises a cooling device, a filtering device and a peristaltic pump, the cooling device comprises a water tank, a cooling water injection opening formed in the bottom of the water tank, and a fixing cylinder arranged at the central axis of the water tank and connected with the inner wall of the water tank; the hose is wound on a barrel body of the fixed barrel and penetrates through the side wall of the water tank, the water inlet end of the hose is connected with a high-level thermal spring water sample, the water outlet end of the hose is connected with the peristaltic pump, and the peristaltic pump is arranged between the cooling device and the filtering device, is connected with the cooling device and the filtering device through the hose and is used for conveying the thermal spring water sample. The system can continuously perform large-volume filtration on the thermal spring water sample without frequently replacing the filter membrane or suspending the filter system, so that the time and the labor cost are saved, and a large number of microorganism composition samples with higher purity are obtained.
