Abstract | 本发明提供一种毫米多晶金刚石的制备方法,所述方法包括以石墨粉和/或微米晶金刚石为原料在13~16Gpa以及2000~2800℃下进行相转变烧结得到所述毫米多晶金刚石。所述制备方法通过高温高压制备技术,在毫米量级多晶金刚石内部产生高密度纳米缺陷效应,提高了多晶金刚石硬度与韧性,增加了金刚石应用领域。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of millimeter polycrystalline diamond. The method comprises the step of carrying out phase transformation sintering on graphite powder and/or micron-crystal diamond serving as a raw material at the temperature of 2,000-2,800 DEG C under the pressure of 13-16Gpa to obtain the millimeter polycrystalline diamond. According to the preparation method, a high-density nano defect effect is generated in the millimeter-scale polycrystalline diamond through a high-temperature and high-pressure preparation technology, so that the hardness and the toughness of the polycrystalline diamond are improved, and the application field of the diamond is enlarged. |
