本发明提供一种氨气荧光传感器及其制备方法和应用,所述氨气荧光传感器包括基底、液晶取向层、网格、结合有聚集诱导发光材料的向列相液晶和表面活性剂,所述网格位于所述基底上,所述基底上修饰有液晶取向层,所述液晶取向层中包括金属离子,所述结合有聚集诱导发光材料的向列相液晶的下部与所述液晶取向层中的金属离子结合,上部与所述表面活性剂结合,使所述结合有聚集诱导发光材料的向列相液晶垂直于所述基底有序排列,且所述液晶取向层和所述结合有聚集诱导发光材料的向列相液晶均位于所述网格内。本发明提供的氨气荧光传感器结构简单、成本低廉,且对氨气的选择性和检测灵敏度高,能够快速、简便且高灵敏度的检测氨气。
Other Abstract
The invention provides an ammonia fluorescence sensor and a preparation method and application thereof.The ammonia fluorescence sensor comprises a substrate, a liquid crystal orientation layer, a grid, nematic liquid crystals combined with an aggregation-induced emission material and a surfactant, the grid is located on the substrate, the substrate is modified with the liquid crystal orientation layer, and the surface active agent is located on the liquid crystal orientation layer. The liquid crystal orientation layer comprises metal ions, the lower part of the nematic liquid crystal combined with the aggregation-induced emission material is combined with the metal ions in the liquid crystal orientation layer, and the upper part of the nematic liquid crystal combined with the aggregation-induced emission material is combined with the surfactant, so that the nematic liquid crystal combined with the aggregation-induced emission material is arranged in order perpendicular to the substrate; and the liquid crystal orientation layer and the nematic liquid crystal combined with the aggregation-induced emission material are positioned in the grids. The ammonia fluorescence sensor provided by the invention is simple in structure, low in cost, high in ammonia selectivity and detection sensitivity, and capable of rapidly, simply and conveniently detecting ammonia with high sensitivity.
