本实用新型公开了一种新型的肱骨远端骨折微创髓内固定器械,该固定器械包括可植入肱骨髓内的第一弧形髓内钉、可植入肱骨髓内并与该第一弧形髓内钉交叉设置的第二弧形髓内钉,该第一弧形髓内钉第一端设有用于锁定第一弧形髓内钉的第一锁定机构,该第二弧形髓内钉第一端设有用于锁定第二弧形髓内钉的第二锁定机构,该第一弧形髓内钉和第二弧形髓内钉交叉位置处设有用于锁定该第一弧形髓内钉和第二弧形髓内钉第二端的第三锁定机构。使用本申请的固定器械,只需进行小切口微创手术,就可以达到治疗目的,从而减少手术并发症,获得满意的治疗效果。
Other Abstract
The utility model discloses a novel distal humerus fracture minimally invasive intramedullary fixing instrument which comprises a first arc-shaped intramedullary nail capable of being implanted into humeral bone marrow and a second arc-shaped intramedullary nail capable of being implanted into the humeral bone marrow and arranged in a crossed mode with the first arc-shaped intramedullary nail. The first end of the first arc-shaped intramedullary nail is provided with a first locking mechanism used for locking the first arc-shaped intramedullary nail, and the first end of the second arc-shaped intramedullary nail is provided with a second locking mechanism used for locking the second arc-shaped intramedullary nail. And a third locking mechanism for locking the second ends of the first arc-shaped intramedullary nail and the second arc-shaped intramedullary nail is arranged at the crossed position of the first arc-shaped intramedullary nail and the second arc-shaped intramedullary nail. When the fixing instrument is used, the treatment purpose can be achieved only by performing a small-incision minimally invasive surgery, so that operative complications are reduced, and a satisfactory treatment effect is obtained.
