本发明属于太阳能电池技术领域,公开了一种大面积柔性钙钛矿太阳能电池及印刷制备方法,处理柔性透明电极,制备空穴传输层,将PEDOT:PSS与异丙醇按照体积比1:3配置成溶液,在基材的表面上,通过狭缝印刷法,将PEDOT:PSS印刷到柔性透明电极上,然后进行加热干燥;再进行制备钙钛矿层、制备电子传输层、制备金属对电极。本发明开发出高温热风辅助法制备钙钛矿薄膜和相关设备,能够实现涂头局部区域的相对稳定的温度,提高成膜的稳定性和质量;本发明开发出空气加热与红外加热结合的连续干燥方法和相关设备,提高了空间的利用率,节省了钙钛矿薄膜的退火时间,提高了成膜质量。
Other Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of solar cells and discloses a large-area flexible perovskite solar cell and a printing preparation method. The method comprises processing a flexible transparent electrode; preparing a hole transport layer; performing a solution from PEDOT:PSS and isopropyl alcohol in a volume ratio of 1:3; on the surface of a substrate, printing the PEDOT:PSS on the surface of the flexible transparent electrode by a slit printing method; performing heating and drying; then, preparing a perovskite layer, an electron transport layer, and a metal counter electrode. The invention develops a high-temperature hot air assisted method for preparing the perovskite film and related equipment, can achieve a relatively stable temperature in a local region of a coating head, and improves the stability and quality of the film forming. The invention develops a continuous drying method where air heating and infrared heating are combined and related equipment, improves theutilization of space, save the annealing time of the perovskite film, and improve the film forming quality.
