Abstract
本发明提供一种液态金属柔性光遗传神经电极及其制备方法和应用,所述液态金属柔性光遗传神经电极包括柔性聚合物层、位于柔性聚合物层上的液态金属神经电极阵列、置于液态金属神经电极阵列的金属导线一端的微型LED,以及位于液态金属神经电极阵列外层的封装层。本发明选择液态金属材料与柔性高分子材料作为神经电极的电路,结合微型LED制成可拉伸光遗传神经电极,具有很好的拉伸性能和生物相容性,特别适用于光遗传神经调控。在神经电极长期植入过程中,柔性可拉伸的光遗传电极可显著降低电极植入对周围组织的损伤,实现神经电极的长期稳定使用。液态金属柔性光遗传电极制备方法简单,加工成本较低,为光遗传电极批量化生产提供了设计思路。
Other Abstract
The invention provides a liquid metal flexible optogenetic neural electrode and a preparation method and application thereof, and the liquid metal flexible optogenetic neural electrode comprises a flexible polymer layer, a liquid metal neural electrode array located on the flexible polymer layer, a miniature LED disposed at one end of a metal wire of the liquid metal neural electrode array, and a packaging layer positioned on the outer layer of the liquid metal neural electrode array. According to the invention, liquid metal material and a flexible high polymer material are selected as a circuit of the neural electrode, a stretchable optogenetic neural electrode is prepared by combining a miniature LED, and the stretchable optogenetic neural electrode has good tensile property and biocompatibility and is particularly suitable for optogenetic nerve regulation and control. In the long-term implantation process of the neural electrode, the flexible and stretchable optogenetic electrode can remarkably reduce damage to surrounding tissue caused by electrode implantation, and long-term stable use of the neural electrode is achieved. The preparation method of the liquid metal flexible optogenetic electrode is simple, the processing cost is low, and a design thought is provided for batch production of the optogenetic electrode.
