Other Abstract | The utility model discloses a liquid metal heat exchange device which comprises two heat exchange pipelines, one ends of the same sides of the two heat exchange pipelines are communicated with a cooling pipeline, and the other ends of the same sides of the two heat exchange pipelines are communicated with a heat exchange chip. At least one of the two heat exchange pipelines is provided with a storage device used for storing liquid metal cooling liquid, the heat exchange pipeline provided with the storage device is further provided with a current generator used for generating an electric field,a heat source is arranged on the heat exchange chip, and a cooling structure is arranged on the cooling pipeline. The liquid metal heat exchange device provided by the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, compact design and relatively independent components, and is convenient to maintain and overhaul; the liquid metal heat exchange device has good interchangeability, and modular,serialized and rapid design can be achieved; the liquid metal heat exchange device has no special requirement for the working environment, can adapt to various special environments and is high in heat exchange efficiency. |
