Abstract | 本发明公开了电驱动关节模组和机器人,包括:定子法兰,具有容纳空间;输出法兰,位于所述容纳空间内;穿线管,与所述输出法兰连接;减速机,所述减速机套设在所述穿线管外;电机转子,与所述穿线管连接;电机定子,设置于所述定子法兰;其中,所述电机定子围绕所述减速机设置,所述电机转子围绕所述电机定子设置。本申请采用无框力矩外转子电机,并将减速机嵌到电机定子内,达到减小驱动关节模组的体积。当然也减小了驱动关节模组的重量,从而减小足式机器人的整体重量,达到提高足式机器人续航能力的效果。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses an electrically-driven joint module and a robot. The electrically-driven joint module comprises a stator flange having an accommodating space; an output flange positioned in the accommodating space; a threading pipe connected with the output flange; a speed reducer sleeving the threading pipe; a motor rotor connected with the threading pipe; and a motor stator arranged on the stator flange, wherein the motor stator is arranged around the speed reducer, and the motor rotor is arranged around the motor stator. A frameless torque outer rotor motor is adopted, and the speed reducer is embedded into the motor stator, so that the size of the driving joint module is reduced. Certainly, the weight of the driving joint module is reduced, so that the overall weight of the foot type robot is reduced, and the effect of improving the cruising ability of the foot type robot is achieved. |
