本发明涉及一种静电纺丝装置及其应用,所述静电纺丝装置包括溶液配制平台,静电纺丝平台和形貌表征平台;所述溶液配制平台包括至少两个供液系统和至少两个溶液存储系统;所述供液系统包括依次连接的流量泵和母液存储单元;所述供液系统中的母液存储单元与溶液存储系统连接。本发明实现了功能纳米纤维材料制备过程中条件的快速筛选、复合纤维组分和功能的快速调节、并对产品的快速表征,最终实现了功能纳米纤维的研发周期的缩短。
Other Abstract
The invention relates to an electrostatic spinning device and application thereof. The electrostatic spinning device comprises a solution preparation platform, an electrostatic spinning platform and a morphology characterization platform. The solution preparation platform comprises at least two solution supply systems and at least two solution storage systems; the liquid supply system comprises a flow pump and a mother liquid storage unit which are connected in sequence; and a mother liquor storage unit in the liquid supply system is connected with the solution storage system. According to the method, rapid screening of conditions in the preparation process of the functional nanofiber material, rapid adjustment of components and functions of the composite fibers and rapid characterization of products are achieved, and finally the research and development cycle of the functional nanofibers is shortened.
