Other Abstract | The invention relates to an electrostatic spinning device and application thereof. The electrostatic spinning device comprises a solution preparation platform, an electrostatic spinning platform and a morphology characterization platform. The solution preparation platform comprises at least two solution supply systems and at least two solution storage systems; the liquid supply system comprises a flow pump and a mother liquid storage unit which are connected in sequence; and a mother liquor storage unit in the liquid supply system is connected with the solution storage system. According to the method, rapid screening of conditions in the preparation process of the functional nanofiber material, rapid adjustment of components and functions of the composite fibers and rapid characterization of products are achieved, and finally the research and development cycle of the functional nanofibers is shortened. |
