Abstract
一种制备图形化的柔性或刚性衬底的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将纳米压印胶涂布到衬底上;(2)使用柔性或者刚性模板利用纳米压印技术对纳米压印胶进行图形化,然后脱模;(3)将图形化后的纳米压印胶溶剂挥发后进行高温烧结。本发明利用纳米压印对前驱体成功进行了图形化,烧结之后得到图形化的、结构完整的可弯折的陶瓷薄膜。本发明制备的柔性或者刚性陶瓷薄膜具有图形化的表面。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a graphical flexible or rigid substrate. The method comprises (1) coating a substrate with a nanometer imprinted adhesive, (2) carrying out graphical processing on the nanometer imprinted adhesive through a nanometer imprinting technology through the flexible or rigid substrate and carrying out demolding, and (3) volatilizing the solvent in the graphical nanometer imprinted adhesive and carrying out high-temperature sintering. A precursor is successfully subjected to graphical processing based on nanometer imprinting, and after sintering, a graphical bendable ceramic film having a complete structure is obtained. The prepared flexible or rigid ceramic film has a graphical surface.
