Abstract | 本实用新型提供了电子皮肤中的温度调控器件,是在第一基板和第二基板上分别设置图形化电极,然后将多个按照设计电路规则排布的N型和P型半导体热电单元所构成的热电阵列分别与第一、第二基板上电极连接,再将相变材料层覆设于第一基板或/和第二基板另一表面。还可进一步在相变材料层上以及热电阵列、第一基板和第二基板的两侧包覆封装材料层。本实用新型通过热电阵列与相变材料相结合,利用相变温度点附近的相变储热与潜热的释放,缓冲调节温度变化且通过自适应调节利用电流方向转换实现制冷与加热,从而实现了目标面的温度自感触调控,有效降低了能量消耗,可适用于各种复杂感应面的应用。 |
Other Abstract | The utility model provides a temperature regulation and control device in the electronics skin sets up the figure polarizing electrode respectively on first base plate and second base plate, then thethermoelectric array that constitutes of the N type of will be a plurality of arranging according to the design circuit rule and P type semiconductor thermoelectric unit respectively with first, second base plate on the electrode be connected, cover phase -change material layer again and locate first base plate or another surface of second base plate. Still can be further on phase -change materiallayer and the both sides cladding packaging material layer of thermoelectric array, first base plate and second base plate. The utility model discloses a thermal electricity array combines together with phase change material, utilizes the release of phase transition heat -retaining with the latent heat in near phase transition temperature point, and the buffer adjustment temperature variation just utilizes the the direction of current flow conversion to realize the refrigeration and heat through the self -adaptive control to the temperature that has realized the target face has effectively reduced energy consumption from the thoughts and feelings regulation and control, and is applicable in various complicated induced surface's application. |
