Abstract	本实用新型公开了一种薄膜表面功能化生产装置和聚酰亚胺薄膜生产系统。该薄膜表面功能化生产装置包括沿聚酰亚胺薄膜的前进方向依次的：碱液槽，用于盛装碱液；离子交换槽，用于盛装金属盐溶液；加热组件，用于加热聚酰亚胺薄膜。本装置首先对聚酰亚胺薄膜进行表面处理，使表层的聚酰亚胺形成聚酰胺盐，进入金属盐溶液中发生离子交换反应，得到聚酰胺酸与金属离子的络合物；随后经由加热组件的热处理使聚酰胺酸重新环化成为聚酰亚胺，金属离子则被还原为金属原子或进一步氧化得到金属氧化物，在聚酰亚胺表面形成金属层或金属氧化物层，实现聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面功能化的高效连续生产。
Other Abstract	The utility model discloses a film surface functionalization production device and a polyimide film production system. The film surface functionalization production device comprises the following components in sequence along the advancing direction of a polyimide film: an alkali liquor tank which is used for containing alkali liquor; the ion exchange tank is used for containing a metal salt solution; and the heating assembly is used for heating the polyimide film. The device comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out surface treatment on a polyimide film to enable polyimide on the surface layer to form polyamide salt, and enabling the polyamide salt to enter a metal salt solution to carry out ion exchange reaction to obtain a complex of polyamide acid and metal ions; then the polyamide acid is re-cyclized into polyimide through heat treatment of the heating assembly, metal ions are reduced into metal atoms or further oxidized to obtain metal oxide, a metal layer or a metal oxide layer is formed on the surface of the polyimide, and efficient continuous production of surface functionalization of the polyimide film is achieved.
