Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动汽车用电力驱动与飞轮储能混合装置及其储能方法,其属于与电机连接控制机械能量领域,混合装置包括磁性齿轮,磁性齿轮包括由内向外同轴设置的内转子、永磁体、调磁环以及内装有电枢绕组的定子;内转子与飞轮传动连接,调磁环与后桥传动连接,电枢绕组与供电系统电连接。电动汽车制动时,通过电动汽车供电系统中的电子元件调整磁性齿轮中电枢绕组的反向感应电磁转矩,同时,磁性齿轮中内转子与电动汽车上的飞轮一起旋转,一部分制动能量通过电枢绕组转化为电能回馈所述供电系统,另一部分转化为所述飞轮的动能。混合装置集成度高,储存的能量在需要时释放辅助车辆启动和加速,提高了能量的整体利用效率。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an electric driving and fly wheel energy storage mixed device for an electric automobile and an energy storage method thereof, and belongs to the field of mechanical energy control through connection with a motor. The mixed device comprises a magnetic gear, wherein the magnetic gear comprises an inner rotor, a permanent magnet, a magnetic regulating ring and a stator which are in coaxial arrangement from inside to outside; an armature winding is arranged in the stator; the inner rotor and the fly wheel are in transmission connection; the magnetic regulating ring and a back axle are in transmission connection; the armature winding is electrically connected with a power supply system. When the electric automobile brakes, the reverse induction electromagnetic torque of the armature winding in magnetic gear is regulated by an electronic element in the power supply system of the electric automobile; meanwhile, an inner rotor arranged in the magnetic gear and a fly wheel arranged on the electric automobile rotate together; one part of brake energy is converted into electric energy through the armature winding to be fed back to the power supply system; the other part of energy is converted into kinetic energy of the fly wheel. The mixing device has the advantages that the integration degree is high; the stored energy is released when being required, and is used for assisting the vehicle starting and acceleration; the integral utilization efficiency of the energy is improved.
