Other Abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides a laser scanning synchronous stopping method and device, and belongs to the technical field of laser processing. The laser scanning synchronous stopping method is specifically included and applied to a laser scanning system. A laser device emitting lasers and a scanning galvanometer controlling the laser scanning position are included. The method comprises the steps that a first scanning instruction is received; a first scanning track corresponding to the first scanning instruction is determined; and the laser device and the scanning galvanometer are controlled to work, the power output of the laser device and the movement, controlled by the scanning galvanometer, of the laser scanning position are synchronously stopped, and the first scanning track is obtained. Through the processing scheme, the quality and yield of laser scanning are improved. |
