The invention is applicable to the field of bioinformatics, and provides a single-molecule chromatin microstructure display method, which comprises the following steps: obtaining target chromosome region information, and obtaining target single-molecule chromatin complex information; obtaining target single-molecule chromatin information corresponding to the target chromosome region information from the target single-molecule chromatin complex information; performing clustering analysis processing on the target single-molecule chromatin information to obtain clustering matrix information; and according to the clustering matrix information, obtaining a display image corresponding to the chromatin microstructure of the target chromosome region information, and displaying the display image. According to the method, the data of the single-molecule chromatin complex is clustered so as to display the chromatin microstructure, the chromatin microstructure of the multi-chromatin complex can be visually browsed in real time, and the functions and characteristics of the multi-chromatin complex can be deeply and visually explored and analyzed.
