Other Abstract | The invention relates to a hardness-adjustable liquid metal neural electrode and a preparation method and application thereof. The liquid metal neural electrode comprises a flexible polymer substrate,a conductive layer and an insulating layer, wherein the conductive layer comprises a liquid metal wire and an electrode site arranged at the end of the liquid metal wire; the conductive layer is embedded in the flexible polymer substrate, and the insulating layer covers the liquid metal wire; and the melting point of the liquid metal is 15-35 DEG C. The neural electrode provided by the inventionnot only can realize deep implantation of a specific brain region, but also has excellent flexibility after implantation, reduces the damage of surrounding brain tissues, has good biocompatibility andtensile property, and can ensure the stability and reliability of electroencephalogram signal monitoring. |
