The preparation method of the solid electrolyte comprises the following steps: synthesizing molded raw materials; the synthesis pressure is 0.1 to 30 GPa, and the synthesis temperature is 500 to 3000 DEG C; the general formula of the chemical formula of the solid electrolyte is Li < x > B < y > O < z > S < w >, x is less than or equal to 4, 0lt; y < = 7, 0lt; z < = 11, 0lt; w < = 2. The preparation method of the solid electrolyte provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, the utilization rate of the raw materials and the rate of the synthetic reaction are improved, the prepared solid electrolyte is good in crystallization, the crystal structure is complete and free of defects, byproducts are few, and the conductivity, voltage stability and chemical stability of the solid electrolyte are improved; and the method is easy for industrial large-scale production and has a good application prospect in all-solid-state batteries.
