Other Abstract | The utility model is applicable to the field of manufacturing, and provides an intelligent additive and subtractive manufacturing system, which comprises a support component, a printing component, a printing component and a control component. The material reducing assembly comprises a numerical control machining center and is used for milling the three-dimensional structural part; the additive assembly is used for printing the three-dimensional structural part layer by layer, and the additive assembly comprises a cross linear sliding rail, a cladding head and a powder feeding device; the detection assembly comprises a laser profile measuring instrument; and a PLC control system is arranged in the control assembly. The subtractive assembly is added on the basis of the additive manufacturingprocess, one-time additive and subtractive machining forming is achieved, and the surface precision of parts manufactured through additives is improved. In addition, a quality control module and a program are arranged, quality monitoring is conducted in the product manufacturing process, defective product losses can be reduced, and the production cost is reduced. |
