本发明实施例提供一种表皮干电极及其制作方法和表皮电信号采集装置,表皮干电极包括:所述表皮干电极的材料包括导电油墨;所述导电油墨包括液态金属、聚乙烯醇溶液以及去离子水;或所述导电油墨包括液态金属、聚乙烯醇溶液以及二甲基亚砜;所述表皮干电极应用于生物皮肤上或模拟生物皮肤人工材料上。本发明实施例的方案可以紧密的与生物皮肤或模拟生物皮肤的人工材料相贴合,具有耐摩擦性能,也可以反复且长时间使用。
Other Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides an epidermis dry electrode, and a manufacturing method thereof and an epidermis electric signal acquisition device. The epidermis dry electrode is characterized in that the material of the epidermis dry electrode comprises conductive ink; the conductive ink comprises liquid metal, a polyvinyl alcohol solution and deionized water; or the conductive ink comprises liquid metal, a polyvinyl alcohol solution and dimethyl sulfoxide; and the epidermal dry electrode is applied to biological skin or artificial materials for simulating the biological skin. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention can be tightly attached to the biological skin or an artificial material simulating the biological skin, has friction resistance, and can be repeatedly used for a long time.
