Abstract | 本发明提供了一种助力式膝关节外骨骼,包括穿戴组件、助力组件以及动力装置,穿戴组件包括绑定于腰部的腰部穿戴件、绑定于大腿上的大腿穿戴件以及绑定于小腿上的小腿穿戴件,动力装置与腰部穿戴件相连;助力组件包括用于拉动小腿穿戴件的鲍登线芯和用于引导鲍登线芯拉伸的鲍登线套,鲍登线套的顶端固定于动力装置上,鲍登线套的底端固定于大腿穿戴件上,鲍登线芯的两端分别与动力装置的输出端和小腿穿戴件相连。则在穿戴使用时,动力装置带动鲍登线芯拉动小腿穿戴件,以对膝关节的伸展运动起到助力作用。本发明提供的助力式膝关节外骨骼,结构紧凑,体型小,重量轻,降低了对人体正常行走步态的影响和限制。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a column-assist type knee joint exoskeleton, which includes a wearing component, a column-assist component and a power device. The wearing component includes a waist wearing part bound to a waist, a thigh wearing part bound to a thigh and a calf wearing part bound to a calf; the power device is connected with the waist wearing part, the column-assist component includes a bowden wire core used for pulling the calf wearing part and a bowden wire sleeve used for guiding the stretching of the bowden wire core, the top end of the bowden wire sleeve is fixed on the power device, the bottom end of the bowden wire sleeve is fixed on the thigh wearing part, and the two ends of the bowden wire core are respectively connected with the output end of the power device and the calfwearing part; and when wearing, the power device drives the bowden wire core to pull the calf wearing part, so as to assist the stretching of a knee joint. The column-assist type knee joint exoskeleton has the advantages of compact structure, small size and light weight, and reduces the influence and restriction on normal walking gait of a human body. |
