本发明公开了一种易替换的疏水介电薄膜和一种微流控芯片,所述易替换的疏水介电薄膜,包括疏水介电薄膜和贴在所述疏水介电薄膜上的框架。本发明提供的疏水介电薄膜表面平整,将其铺设在涂覆有绝缘液体的驱动电极上制备得到的微流控芯片能够解决现有技术中直接采用在驱动电极上镀疏水介电薄膜的方式存在的缺陷,容易更换并且降低了成本,在需要时只要更换液滴下面的疏水介电薄膜即可,不需要将下面驱动电极一起丢弃,在微流控芯片领域具有较好的应用前景。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an easily-replaceable hydrophobic dielectric film and a micro-fluidic chip. The easily-replaceable hydrophobic dielectric film comprises a hydrophobic dielectric film and a framework attached to the hydrophobic dielectric film. The hydrophobic dielectric film provided by the invention has smooth surface. By laying the film on a drive electrode coated with an insulating liquid to prepare the micro-fluidic chip, the defect of directly adopting the mode of plating the hydrophobic dielectric film on the drive electrode in the prior art can be solved; the hydrophobic dielectric film is easy to replace, and the cost is reduced; when replacement is needed, the hydrophobic dielectric film under liquid drops is replaced without the need of abandoning the drive electrode below. The easily-replaceable hydrophobic dielectric film has a good application prospect in the field of micro-fluidic chips.
