Other Abstract	The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering, and discloses application of a PCSK9 protein inhibitor in treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The PCSK9 protein inhibitor comprises mRNA for coding fusion protein, the fusion protein comprises a structural domain targeting PCSK9 protein and a degradation structural domain, and the inhibitor can efficiently and quickly reduce the level of the PCSK9 protein at low cost; the invention further discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating cardiovascular diseases. The pharmaceutical composition comprises the PCSK9 protein inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
