Abstract
为克服现有光催化剂氮化碳存在制备过程环境污染高以及催化活性低的问题,本发明提供了一种多级管状氮化碳的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:将管状氮化碳内核置于反应溶液中,所述反应溶液中包括有三聚氰胺;将含有管状氮化碳内核的反应溶液进行水热反应,在管状氮化碳内核的表面聚合形成超分子前驱体;将表面覆盖超分子前驱体的管状氮化碳内核在保护性气氛下煅烧,使超分子前驱体分解形成外层的氮化碳,得到多级管状氮化碳。同时,本发明还公开了上述制备方法制备得到的多级管状氮化碳及其应用。本发明提供的多级管状氮化碳具有比表面积大、电荷传输快、可见光吸收显著增强、传质速率提高的优点。
Other Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high environmental pollution and low catalytic activity in the preparation process of the existing photocatalyst carbon nitride, the invention provides a preparationmethod of multistage tubular carbon nitride, which comprises the following operation steps: putting a tubular carbon nitride core into a reaction solution which contains melamine; carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the reaction solution containing the tubular carbon nitride core, and polymerizing on the surface of the tubular carbon nitride core to form a supramolecular precursor; and calciningthe tubular carbon nitride core with the surface covered with the supramolecular precursor in a protective atmosphere to decompose the supramolecular precursor to form outer-layer carbon nitride, thereby obtaining the multistage tubular carbon nitride. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses the multi-stage tubular carbon nitride prepared by the preparation method and application of the multi-stage tubular carbon nitride. The multistage tubular carbon nitride provided by the invention has the advantages of large specific surface area, fast charge transfer, significantly enhanced visible light absorption and improved mass transfer rate.
