本实用新型涉及拉杆转子结构领域,公开了一种拉杆转子结构拆卸的辅助装置,其中拉杆转子结构包括芯轴,及套设于芯轴上的压气机盘和轴向止推轴承盘,芯轴上设有阶梯面,通过锁紧螺母使轴向止推轴承盘、压气机盘和阶梯面依次抵接;本实用新型提供的拉杆转子结构拆卸的辅助装置包括冷却组件,冷却组件套设于轴向止推轴承盘上,用于对芯轴进行冷却;加热组件,加热组件设于锁紧螺母的外壁,用于对锁紧螺母进行加热。在需要拆卸锁紧螺母时,利用冷却组件使芯轴收缩,利用加热组件使锁紧螺母膨胀,从使锁紧螺母内壁和芯轴外壁之间的缝隙增大,减小拉杆转子结构中锁紧螺母的预紧力,方便锁紧螺母的拆卸。

The utility model relates to the field of pull rod rotor structures, and discloses an auxiliary device for dismounting a pull rod rotor structure, the pull rod rotor structure comprises a core shaft, a gas compressor disc and an axial thrust bearing disc, the gas compressor disc and the axial thrust bearing disc are sleeved on the core shaft, a step surface is arranged on the core shaft, and the axial thrust bearing disc, the gas compressor disc and the step surface are sequentially abutted through a locking nut; the utility model provides an auxiliary device for disassembling a pull rod rotor structure. The auxiliary device comprises a cooling assembly, and the cooling assembly is arranged on an axial thrust bearing disc in a sleeving mode and used for cooling a mandrel. And the heating assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the locking nut and used for heating the locking nut. When the locking nut needs to be disassembled, the cooling assembly is used for enabling the core shaft to contract, the heating assembly is used for enabling the locking nut to expand, the gap between the inner wall of the locking nut and the outer wall of the core shaft is enlarged, the pre-tightening force of the locking nut in the pull rod rotor structure is reduced, and the locking nut is convenient to disassemble.
