Abstract
本发明公开了一种面波智能反演勘探方法、存储介质及终端设备,方法包括步骤:通过采用正演算法来生成用于训练的样本,基于所述样本来训练CNN形成分类器,训练后的分类器可以直接通过瑞利波频谱对地层模型进行类型预测,根据所述瑞利波频谱的分类结果及其对应的物理参数范围,自动设置地层模型的初始模型;根据所述初始模型以及从瑞利波频谱中提取的频散曲线,用粒子群法对初始模型进行迭代调整,最终得到地层的S波速度模型结果。本发明通过训练得到的分类器可直接处理二维矩阵数据,从而避免了手动设计特征;分类器可直接通过瑞利波频谱来预测地层的动力学信息且具有很高的准确性以及计算效率。本发明方法在探测低速层方面有良好的应用前景。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a surface wave intelligent inversion exploration method, a storage medium and terminal equipment. The method comprises the steps of generating a sample for training by using a forward modeling algorithm; based on the sample, training a CNN to form a classifier, wherein the trained classifier can directly perform type prediction on a stratigraphic model through a Rayleigh wave spectrum; automatically setting an initial model of a stratum model according to the classification result of the Rayleigh wave spectrum and the corresponding physical parameter range; and according to the initial model and a dispersion curve extracted from the Rayleigh wave spectrum, carrying out iterative adjustment on the initial model by using a particle swarm method, and finally obtaining an S-wave velocity model result of the stratum. According to the invention, the classifier obtained through training can directly process two-dimensional matrix data, so that manual feature design is avoided; the classifier can directly predict the dynamics information of the stratum through the Rayleigh wave spectrum and has high accuracy and calculation efficiency. The method has a good application prospect in the aspect of low-speed layer detection.
