本发明公开了可多次写入及擦除的存储条带。本申请的第一方面,提供存储条带,该存储条带包括:条带基底,条带基底上设有索引层,索引层包括若干索引柱,若干索引柱被配置为形成索引图案,若干索引柱之间的条带基底用于固定寡核苷酸,寡核苷酸用于特异性结合待存储的核酸片段;保护层,保护层位于条带基底远离索引层的一侧,保护层被配置为在存储条带卷绕时能够封闭索引柱。索引图案可以将条带分割成若干个不同区域,可以根据不同分区的索引图案对相应区域进行识别以达到随机索引的目的。通过寡核苷酸使核酸片段可以特异性结合到存储条带上完成写入,并且可以在一定的外部条件进行读取或直接擦除。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a memory strip capable of being written and erased multiple times. In a first aspect of the present application, a memory strip is provided, the memory strip comprises: a strip substrate, the strip substrate is provided with an index layer, the index layer comprises a plurality of index columns, the plurality of index columns are configured to form an index pattern, the strip substrate among the plurality of index columns is used for fixing oligonucleotides, and the oligonucleotides are used for specific binding to a nucleic acid fragment to be stored; the protection layer is located on the side, away from the index layer, of the strip substrate, and the protection layer is configured to be capable of sealing the index column when the storage strip is wound. The index patterns can divide the strip into a plurality of different areas, and the corresponding areas can be identified according to the index patterns of different partitions so as to achieve the purpose of random indexing. Through oligonucleotides, nucleic acid fragments can be specifically bound to a storage strip to complete writing, and can be read or directly erased under certain external conditions.
