Abstract | 本发明公开一种用于抗原蛋白检测的纳米颗粒及其制备方法和试纸条,包括提供初始纳米颗粒溶液;将所述初始纳米颗粒溶液与拉曼报告分子溶液混合进行偶联反应,得到表面修饰的纳米颗粒溶液,所述拉曼报告分子的官能团同时包含巯基和氰基;以及将所述表面修饰的纳米颗粒溶液与抗体溶液混合进行静电吸附,得到用于抗原蛋白检测的纳米颗粒溶液。通过所述用于抗原蛋白检测的纳米颗粒,可以特异性地捕获病毒的抗原蛋白,从而结合免疫层析法和拉曼光谱表征快速且高效地检出特定抗原蛋白,实现快速且准确地检测特定病毒。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses nanoparticles for antigen protein detection, a preparation method of the nanoparticles and a test strip. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing an initial nanoparticle solution; the initial nano-particle solution and a Raman reporter molecule solution are mixed for a coupling reaction, a surface-modified nano-particle solution is obtained, and functional groups of Raman reporter molecules contain sulfydryl and cyano at the same time; and mixing the surface-modified nanoparticle solution with an antibody solution, and carrying out electrostatic adsorption to obtain the nanoparticle solution for antigen protein detection. According to the nanoparticles for antigen protein detection, the antigen protein of a virus can be specifically captured, so that the specific antigen protein can be rapidly and efficiently detected by combining immunochromatography and Raman spectrum characterization, and the specific virus can be rapidly and accurately detected. |
