Abstract | 本发明公开了一种基于乙酰丙酮锌掺杂PDINO的有机太阳能电池及其制备方法。所述基于乙酰丙酮锌掺杂PDINO的有机太阳能电池的结构,从下至上依次包括:玻璃衬底、阳极、空穴传输层、光活性层、电子传输层、阴极,其中,所述电子传输层为乙酰丙酮锌和PDINO掺杂组成;所述乙酰丙酮锌占所述电子传输层的5‑50wt%。本发明采用乙酰丙酮锌掺杂PDINO作为电子传输层,改善了PDINO的导电性和调节能级,从而提高器件的开路电压、短路电流密度和填充因子,使器件获得更优异的性能。此外,优化后的器件能量转换效率对电子传输层厚度变化不敏感,有利于实现大面积高效器件,解决了现有技术存在的问题,具有良好的应用前景。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses an organic solar cell based on zinc acetylacetonate doped PDINO and a preparation method of the organic solar cell. The structure of the organic solar cell based on zinc acetylacetonate doped PDINO sequentially comprises a glass substrate, an anode, a hole transport layer, a photoactive layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode from bottom to top, and the electron transport layer is formed by doping zinc acetylacetonate and PDINO; and the zinc acetylacetonate accounts for 5-50 wt% of the electron transport layer. According to the invention, the zinc acetylacetonate doped PDINO is used as the electron transport layer, and the conductivity and the regulation energy level of the PDINO are improved, so that the open-circuit voltage, the short-circuit current density and the fill factor of the device are improved, and the device has more excellent performance. Besides, the energy conversion efficiency of the optimized device is insensitive to the thickness change of the electron transport layer, the large-area high-efficiency device can be realized, the problems in the prior art are solved, and the device has a good application prospect. |
