本发明公开了一种3D打印装置,包括储料容器、供料组件及浮体,供料件具有供料口,供料件用于从供料口处向容纳腔内注入3D打印浆料,浮体位于容纳腔内并漂浮于3D打印浆料的上表面,浮体能够跟随3D打印浆料的上表面的升降而升降,并遮挡或露出供料口。本发明中,浮体可跟随储料容器内3D打印浆料上表面的升降而升降,以遮挡或者露出供料口,在实现自动供料的前提下,克服了3D打印浆料上表面过高或者过低的缺陷,有利于提高3D打印效率和打印质量。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a 3D printing device. The 3D printing device comprises a material storage container, a feeding assembly and a floating body, the feeding assembly is provided with a feeding port and is used for injecting 3D printing slurry into a containing cavity from the feeding port, the floating body is located in the containing cavity and floats on the upper surface of the 3D printing slurry, the floating body can ascend and descend along with ascending and descending of the upper surface of the 3D printing slurry, and the feeding port is shielded or exposed. According to the 3D printing device, the floating body can ascend and descend along with ascending and descending of the upper surface of the 3D printing slurry in the material storage container so as to shield or expose the feeding port, on the premise that automatic feeding is realized, the defect that the upper surface of the 3D printing slurry is too high or too low can be overcome, and the 3D printing efficiency and the printing quality can be favorably improved.
