本发明公开了一种浸没式磁流体转速测量装置及其制作方法,所述浸没式磁流体转速测量装置包括:壳体、设置在所述壳体内壁的若干个输入电极以及位于所述壳体内的磁性转子;所述磁性转子上设置有感应电极,所述感应电极与所述输入电极相对并与所述输入电极之间具有间隙;所述壳体与所述磁性转子之间填充有磁流体。由于非磁性导电粒子在磁场中可以快速自组装,提高了测速的检测效率,磁性转子形成的磁场的范围较大,预先形成较短的链状结构,可以快速形成较长的链状结构,进一步提高测速的检测效率,缩短测试时间。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an immersed magnetic fluid rotational speed measuring device and a manufacturing method thereof. The immersed magnetic fluid rotational speed measuring device comprises a casing, a plurality of input electrodes disposed on the inner wall of the casing, and a magnetic rotor located in the casing, wherein the magnetic rotor is provided with a sensing electrode, which is opposite to the input electrodes and has gaps between the input electrodes; and the magnetic fluid is filled between the casing and the magnetic rotor. Since the non-magnetic conductive particles can be self-assembled rapidly in the magnetic field, the detection efficiency of the speed measurement is improved, the magnetic field formed by the magnetic rotor has a large range, and a short chain structure is formed in advance to quickly form a long chain structure, thereby further improving the detection efficiency of the speed measurement and shortening the test time.
