本发明提供了一种柔性链改性的聚酰亚胺前躯体及制备方法和锂离子电池。所述柔性链改性的聚酰亚胺前躯体,具有如式(I)所示的通式:式(I);其中,x代表含有Rs链节的摩尔分数,x=0.01~0.4。该柔性链改性的聚酰亚胺前躯体,具有很好的溶解性,可以溶解于水性溶剂中,也可以溶解于油性溶剂中,将其与活性物质、导电剂混合制成浆料后涂覆于集流体表面,经干燥和亚胺化处理后,表现出良好的粘结性能,使得由其制成的锂离子电池具有良好的电化学性能。
Other Abstract
The invention provides a flexible chain-modified polyimide precursor, a preparation method and a lithium ion battery. The flexible chain-modified polyimide precursor has a general formula shown as a formula (I) which is shown in the description, wherein x represents the mole fraction of a Rs-containing link, and x is in the range from 0.01 to 0.4. The flexible chain-modified polyimide precursor has good solubility, can be dissolved in an aqueous solvent and can also be dissolved in an oily solvent; after the surface of a current collector is coated with slurry prepared by mixing the flexible chain-modified polyimide precursor with an active material and a conductive agent and then subjected to drying and imidization treatment, a good bonding property is achieved, so that the lithium ion battery prepared from the flexible chain-modified polyimide precursor has great electrochemical performance.
